    I find my arms hard to keep but getting there thanks mind Iam not spring chicken although I have this good turnout so I have no excuses joy.

    Some teachers teach a small plie and not a deep plie.

      He means plié should be enough. Plié should be plié, not just bending the knees.
      Everyone naturally can bend the knees, right? But in Ballet pliè when knees over the toes.

      @@larissalora3647 Which means a deep plie. A small plie that some teachers teach doesnt have knees over toes.
